Refund & Returns Policy — TeemaR Farms Market

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Exceptions — We will offer a full refund or replacement only if:

    You received the wrong product
    The product arrived damaged or spoiled due to packaging or handling
    The product does not match its description on our website

How to Request a Refund or Replacement: All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a claim, email us at teemarfarms247@gmail.com with:

    Your order number
    Clear photos of the issue

We do not accept items sent back without prior approval.

Non-Returnable Items: The following are strictly non-returnable under any circumstance:

    Opened or used products
    Sale items and gift cards
    Custom or personalized orders

Refunds: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
